Interior Painting

1. Setup
• Plan is scheduled with the customer
• Large furniture is moved to the center of the room
• Furniture is covered plastic
• Floors are covered with drop cloth
2. Prep
• Holes and cracks are filled on walls
• Drywalls are repaired if needed
• Walls are sanded for flawless look
• Stains like water marks are sealed
• Washing is done where required
• Trims with spaces are caulked for perfection
3. Paint Mixing and Painting
• First repaired areas are primed so it won't show under paint
• Paint is applied with a brush, roller or sprayer depending on the surface
• Ceilings and walls are painted
• Trims are cut with clean brush lines
• High premium quality paint is used in the whole process
4. Cleanup
• Furniture is moved back to original spots
• Floors and/or carpet is cleaned thoroughly
• Trash removed
• Touch-up paint is left with the customer
5. Final
• Before the crew packs up their equipment, a "wet walk-around" is done to ensure all contracted areas are painted properly
• Final touchups are noted on a 'punch list' and are completed before the crew leaves
• The Customer Comment Card is completed by the customer.

Exterior Painting

1. Pressure wash
• Environmentally-friendly detergent or bleach is used to remove dirt and mildew as required
• Some areas are hand-washed where needed
• Paint chips are cleaned up
• Drying time
• Upon request, deck and driveway may be pressure washed
2. Painting Time
• Loose paint is removed and areas are primed
• Scuff sand where required
• Feather-sanding and stripping done on request
• Areas around windows and doors are caulked, new putty is applied to window panes where necessary
• Wood and Masonry areas are repaired upon request or specified in contract
• Apply high quality exterior paint
3. Cleanup
• Cleanup is done daily
• Trash is removed
• Plant beds cleaned along with paint chips
• Touchup paint is left with the customer
• Outdoor fixtures and furniture moved back to original spots
4. Final
• Before the crew packs up their equipment, a "wet walk-around" is done to ensure all contracted areas are painted properly
• Final touchups are noted on a 'punch list' and are completed before the crew leaves.
• The Customer Comment Card is completed by the customer.
